Cruise Monkey?

Cruise Monkey started as a joke with my co-workers. I said I was willing to work as much overtime as was needed to help pay for our trip – the trip had become the “monkey on our back”. And in a creative moment, I cut and pasted together our cruise monkey. He’s actually Captain Stubing from the series “The Love Boat” with the happy monkey face overlaid. That seemed appropriate since we're sailing on a Princess Cruise. Stare into his eyes too long and you just might book a cruise too!

Departure - DFW to Amsterdam and on to Venice

Saturday Sept. 20th - Here we go!

We're flying KLM from Dallas-Fort Worth airport to Amsterdam, then changing planes and continuing on to Venice, Italy where we will arrive tomorrow Sunday Sept. 21st.

We're flying Business Class and our seats are supposed to recline flat. I'll have to check this out. Hoping to get some sleep on this long flight.

For now - I'm looking forward to some champagne on board to get this party started!

Next stop - Amsterdam!  :)
